Capriana monastery – is one of the oldest monuments in the Republic of Moldova. The monastery is located in the picturesque woodland – Codri. For a long time the monastery was the residence of the Metropolitan of Moldova and it was patronized by many Rulers of Moldova including Stefan the Great.
Hincu Monastery is one of the most visited historical monuments and one of the leading churches of Moldova. Around the convent, there are many underground springs with holy. According to local legends, the water in Hincu springs has healing properties.
